30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Return shipping instructions will be shared after your return request is reviewed and accepted.
Depending on the reason for return, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.
If your item is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at yogamtcr@gmail.com with your order details and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and help make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a replacement or a different item is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank, card provider, or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
